The artifacts included in my e-folio are based on
the high-level standards from Montgomery Country Public Schools in Maryland. These standards form the foundation of
my own reflections, lesson objectives, and positive classroom environment. By always reaching to excell in these six
standards, my students will enter a class that creates a risk-free environment where I set a postive example and set my expectations
for their learning, just beyond what they think is possible.
